PLEASE ACTUALLY READ:
Glycerine 18 is better than the 19 because the 19 you used a different kind of fabric possibly or have those dotted things by the pinky toe which puts pressure onto the pinky toe making it go numb. I was told that was added for stability but the shoe is already stable enough and you made a 2nd version of the glycerine that literally stabilizes more. So don’t take away the good things from the glycerine 18. That’s what separates it out and makes me buy it over Hoka’s. Please revert back to the same toe fabric and location of dots or whatever. Sometimes something is perfect the way it is and doesn’t need to be changed.
1 complaint is that if I don’t tie the show really tight my heel will slip out during runnings. I have been a Saucony runner for many years, and before that, an Asics runner. I am a 55-year female that needs a cushiony shoe and prefer a more neutral footbed. When Saucony discontinued the shoe I had been wearing, I went back to a previous model I wore years ago, but I felt sore after each run and decided it was time to give Brooks a try. I LOVE this shoe! The Glycerin provides a very cushiony, but firm response, and it has a nice wide toe box so my feed don't feel cramped (I wear a men's shoe). I would highly recommend this shoe!

Best shoes for comfort and soft support.

Very comfortable, soft insert. I use an orthotic insert for plantar fasciitis. The shoe is whisper quiet without the insert but squeaks loudly with the insert installed. I cut away the rear portion of the insert and added some foot powder to achieve 90% noise reduction. This also allows the heel to rest ~8mm deeper into the shoe for good ankle support.

I've owned earlier models and this year's excels in comfort and support.
